perfect brooklyn boutique stay
attentive staff spacious room relaxing pool
I enjoyed a wonderful visit here! the hotel staff greeted me with such warmth and attentiveness. the room was spacious and clean, and the bath products smelled so lovely. i spent some time at the peaceful and relaxing pool area. It was a great experience
the hotel needs a bit of tlc. the mattress was too soft for my liking and the bed felt low to the ground. the room lacked sufficient decor and felt somewhat uninviting

Really good service and a child-friendly environment
helpful staff spacious room responsive service
The staff was super helpful and accommodating. They were also very responsive. The rooms were notably spacious. There was lots of space for a travel cot and luggage.. there was still room to move.

super clean room amazing service
I really enjoy a super clean room and a comfy bed. Daily water restock was great. I like the USB sockets too. Martin from staff found my phone after it fell down an elevator shaft. This was amazing service.
I wish there was a coffee maker available in the room.

The hotel is near a park with a playground and no buildings block the view. There isn't much traffic and the area is not noisy. I appreciate this desirable hotel location.

The downstairs bar closed unexpectedly one Friday night because of staff shortage. The breakfast offered nice omelettes. Unlimited coffee is available until 11:00 am.
